I'm a student at Berklee
College of Music, completing work toward a Bachelor's in
Contemporary Writing & Production. I play several instruments, but my main instrument for both composition and performance is piano. I study the connections between music as art and music as science. Modern music theory is often taken for granted as providing complete information about some musical concepts, and zero information about others. I often explore new approaches to the writing and listening experiences, in order to develop a more comprehensive understanding of what is significant in a musical idea and why it works.
